Brief Description of Activities performed

               Perform all the Relief matters viz. Ex-gratia grant, E.R. grant, H.B. grant (Fire & N.C.) First information report regarding death cases (N.C.), N.G.R. Wheat, Spl. G.R., Starvation G.R., Relief Contingency, Utilistion Certificates under Relief set-up, Salary Head under Relief set-up assembly question under Relief matters, Water Tankers, Weekly report in Relief measures  stock maintenance of Relief articles i.e. Tarpaulins & Clothtings, M.L.A. Quata Clothings both Puja & Idd. Festivals, District Disaster Management Plan, monthly meeting regarding Relief matters with B.R.Os & S.D.R.Os. Audit matters and Departmental Inspection report, Country Boats & Speed Boats including management of Civil Defence Personnel, Flood Shelter, Drought, the matter of emergency operation Centre. Allotment of fund received from the Government and Sub-allotment of the same in regular course of time including the advance drawal of fund of N.G.R. and Spl. G.R. received from the Government. Transport Charges and remuneration to G.R. Dealer.
